Success for any organisation is often determined by the performance of its key players. Coaching is an astute means of improving an individual's skills, thereby increasing your organisation's success. Because success is evaluated on one criterion:

to improve their negotiation skills. The practical skills we transfer help individuals to become more effective in driving the outcomes both they and their organisation want.

Companies who seek our negotiation skills typically want techniques which enable their key people:

        * To engage team members to work with the group and focus on specific goals

        * To encourage people to commit to processes, a specific culture or simply to comply, often in an environment of change

How we work with clients

We meet with both you and the individual to scope out the issues and answer any concerns you may have. To determine the best program, we begin a Needs Analysis which is completed by the individual and returned to us. This first meeting is free-of-charge.

We then develop a customised program and gain agreement of our fees. Typically, each coaching program involves a number of face-to-face contact sessions with the individual, usually 90 minutes in duration. Individuals seeking further extension are offered additional, advanced exercises in between our contact sessions.

For the convenience of your people, we meet at your organisation or nearby. We aim to make the process friendly, low-key, and efficient. Our experience is that improvements are virtually immediate, as the individual practices and applies new and more effective negotiation techniques. Invariably he/she gains an increased level of confidence, which in turn promotes a happier, healthier person.
